Mani 

Mani has an important place in the local culture of Ardahan province. Mani is a type of poem made up of a few words and verses with very deep meaning. Mani has been a frequently used communication tool for giving advice and lectures in entertainments, among lovers, in communications, and in ceremonies.

Legends 

Legends are another asset of Ardahan. These stories, passed down from generation to generation, still have a place in the local culture of Ardahan. Some of these legends are the Old City at the Bottom of Lake Çıldır, the Legend of Uğuz Meadow and Mount Uğuz, Tin Soldier and Tekçam.
